1. Payments are invoiced 4 weeks in advance at the beginning of every month or half termly depending on your choice.

2. You have the option to make payments through BACS or Business Paypal as we do not accept cash.

3. Cancellations. We understand that there may be instances when your child is unable to attend due to booked holidays or illness. In such cases, we will credit you for the missed sessions in the following month. Please be aware that as a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions. However, if this happens more than 3 times in a year then no reimbursement can be made.

4. Here at Integral Tuition you can be assured that the tutor has a DBS on the update service and will never directly contact your child. You, as the parent or guardian, will act as the intermediary between us and your child. While our sessions are conducted online, it is recommended that you are present in the vicinity.

5. By agreeing to start your child's sessions, you are also accepting these terms and conditions.

• 1:1 Face to Face in Hollins Green £30 per hour, if located in Irlam, Cadishead or Warrington there will be an extra £5 to cover travel time and petrol.

• Small group tuition face to face or online- max 5 pupils £20 per hour

  GCSE Online Booster sessions - max 6 pupils £20 per hour

• KS2 SATS Maths small group Booster Sessions in Hollins Green £15 per hour

• Level 3 BTEC Applied Science - price dependent on support required
